Service Gurantee
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know during your treatment. We are committed to making any necessary corrections.
We provide a 7-day guarantee period on artificial nail services, a 5-day guarantee for shellac in which you may return to the salon.
Conditions and Medications
- For the safety of all clients and technicians, we reserve the right to decline services in the presence of active fungal or bacterial infections.
- For the safety of all clients and technicians, we reserve the right to decline services for clients who are behaving improperly or intoxicated.
Modifications to Services
We can only accommodate last-minute changes if they do not disrupt other guests’ appointments.
- Please communicate any additional service requests, such as removals or nail art, to allow us to adjust our schedule.
- We are not obligated to accommodate last-minute requests if they affect our next clients.
- If you decline a service after it has been started, you will be charged for the service you booked for.
Refunds
There are no refunds on all services rendered, gift certificates, or products purchased, as all sales are final.
Pricing
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing/discounts can not be combined under any circumstances on the same service. Rescheduling services may result in discounts/promotional pricing being canceled.
